Jason Hall is not only the Chef in Hall’s Kitchen, but the owner too. His experience dates far back, cooking for the likes of the Queen Mother on the QE2 to more recent times cooking for A-list celebrities and Formula 1 drivers. He also spent many years working in multiple establishments in the French Alps, becoming accustomed to the French way of life and their authentic cuisine. Not one to boast about his career up in lights, you will find Jason humbly cooking away in his newest venture with his family. He is extremely passionate about locally sourcing his produce and keeping it sustainable too. Jason best describes his cooking as honest, contemporary and at times rustic, drawing from his experience in France and the UK.
