The best way to spend New Years Eve in Weymouth! There will be something for all ages including a children’s show, live music and lots of food stalls.

The team at Quayside Music Festival proudly presents New Years Eve in Weymouth. The well-known and loved summer festival will be bringing the excitement to Weymouth this New Years Eve as we see in 2020. The party starts at 12 midday and runs well into the night.

From 12pm to 7pm, there will be plenty of family fun and entertainment for children. Including Arts and Crafts sessions, Food stalls, a Kids Disco as well as a whole host of children’s entertainment. Of course, refreshements will be available from Rendezvous and all the nearby pubs.

And from 7pm – its party time! The Quayside Festival team have planned a whole evening of Live Music, DJ sets and even a Silent Disco. You can even see the new year in with the rest of the UK with the giant outdoor screens, streaming New Years coverage all night. Update: Free Travel on New Years Eve

The event is free to attend and now, thanks to We are Weymouth and First Dorset, you can travel home in the early hours of the day with our subsidised bus service.

Legend has it, Weymouth is one of the best places to enjoy New Years with lots of festivals, ticketed events and the famous midnight beach fireworks display.

We are Weymouth and Weymouth BID have been working closely with First Bus Dorset to provide a bus service in the early hours of New Years Day in Weymouth. This is to enable both residents and visitors to enjoy the festivities in the town. First Bus will be running bus services on the No.1 to Wyke Regis and Portland, No.2 to Littlemoor, No.8 Chickerell and No.10 to Dorchester and Poundbury.

This service should be of great benefit if your out for a night on the tiles in Weymouth on New Years Eve.
