Dorset Food and Drink is coming to Nothe Fort!
With events off the menu for 2020, Dorset Food & Drink will continue to support and promote their fabulous local Dorset food and drink producers by looking at different ways to engage with the community.
They have been exploring new partnership opportunities and venues to give their members a slice of DF&D action and came up with the idea of small ‘pop up’ producer markets.
DF&D Coordinator Caroline Richards said: “We are thrilled to have been invited to ‘pop-up’ at the Nothe Fort and work with the team and volunteers to bring a taste of the ‘Dorset Larder’ to visitors and holidaymakers”.
The market will be at Nothe Fort on the last sunday of the month from July to September.
Popping up at the first of our markets will be:
Lizzie Baking Bird
Weymouth 51 – Artisan Chilli Sauces
Amazing Sharpeners- A must have tool for campers, caravaners and fishing!
Top End Deli
Grounded Coffee – Delicious coffee beans and blends of ground coffee to perk you up at any time of day!
Although many local food festivals have been cancelled or postponed, you can still buy your favourite Dorset incredible edibles by visiting the Dorset Food and Drink website and shop online.
