Iris & Bob, founders of Solkiki, make small batch, craft chocolate: hand-sorted, hand-roasted, bean to- bar in a cottage workshop. Hand-poured, hand tempered and hand-wrapped using rare, fine-flavour cacao beans and cold-pressed cacao butter. Via direct trade, they’re helping grow rainforests, heirloom cacao trees and communities. Organic, GMO free, naturally fermented, their single estate chocolate is vegan-friendly and incredibly flavourful.

Purbeck Ice Cream
Founder Members Peter and Hazel Hartle started Purbeck Ice Cream 29 years ago when milk quotas were rendering their dairy farm unviable. Making ice cream to use up surplus milk and cream fitted the bill. Their award winning ice cream is made with fresh Purbeck milk, thick Dorset cream, British sugar and the best natural ingredients, with no artificial additives, added colours or nuts and gluten-free. Widely available
James McCall’s passion for cheese began in 1988 when, aged 16, he got a Saturday job with renowned cheesemonger James Aldridge of Beckenham, a perfectionist who “taught me everything I know…” Working with other great local cheesemakers, James has developed a range of award-winning washed rind cheeses.
