From this prime location holiday makers can take a leisurely stroll along the Georgian promenade into the town centre and adjacent picturesque 17th harbour, or if preferred, catch the Land Train which stops close by and travels along the promenade.
The tastefully decorated and well kept fully self contained accommodation boasts a large Art Deco curved ‘Sun Trap’ window in the roomy sea facing lounge, from which residents can marvel at the 170 degree views from the comfort of an armchair. Furnishings include a 42″ flat screen television. The bedroom comfortably sleeps up to three persons and, on special request, a double convertible sofa is available in the lounge. Bed Linen provided.
All Apartments are bright, spacious and modern in design and decoration, benefiting from their own private entrance on the ground or first floor. The bathrooms each have bath with separate shower valve. The kitchens each include as well as fridge/freezer, and of course oven, a microwave, toaster etc. There is metered Gas-fired Central Heating throughout the accommodation. Pre-bookable Cots and High Chairs are free of charge (but depend on availability). Bed Linen provided.
Being family owned & managed Apartments that accommodate between 2 – 6 persons , we like to personally greet all couples and families on their arrival to familiarize them with the Apartment & area. Saturday is our change-over day but we can, of course, accommodate later arrivals and early departures.

Quietly situated behind the Esplanade, residents have the convenience of shops,a chemist,a good selection of take-aways, bars & restaurants at the end of the street, and it is only a 8- 10 minute leisurely stroll along the promenade into the town centre and to the picturesque 17th century harbour. The award winning Greenhill Gardens is a 10-12 minute walk and Radipole Lake & Swannery only 5 minute walk.
